WinCo Holdings Inc. Plan Document and Summary Plan Description (SPD) – The SPD contains information about all of the health and voluntary insurance benefits provided by WinCo Holdings. The SPD is the main source of information on the Plan that describes eligibility requirements, details about coinsurance and copays, what each benefit covers, plan exclusions, and more. The Summary of Material Modifications is a document that contains some of the most recent changes to our SPD; these have not been incorporated into the 2025 SPD and must be referenced along with the SPD until they are incorporated into a restated SPD.
Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) – The SBC is a form required by the Affordable Care Act. It is a summary of WinCo’s covered benefits, benefit cost sharing amounts, and coverage limitations.
